A federal judge turned down laws pushed by Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. The measures let undocumented students pay lower in-state tuition at state schools. Prior court rulings also struck down Illinois’ sanctuary laws and other Pritzker steps on immigration. The Trump administration has also been winning similar cases. No word yet from the Illinois Attorney General on the latest case.
