Arrighetti joined the Blue Jays as a trade addition from the Astros. Throughout his return to live action, Arrighetti gave up a play to Spencer Jones.
The Blue Jays outlined roster moves alongside the activation of Arrighetti. The team brought up infielder Schneider to the major league roster. The Blue Jays also placed infielder Smith on the injured list as part of the player moves. Arrighetti gets back on the mound after recovering from his foot injury.
