Tall buildings will be built near Westfield West Lakes. The site permits towers up to 20 storeys high.
The plan introduces high rise living to the suburb. More homes are on the way, with the state aiming to 2,000 new units around the shopping precinct. Workers will construct high density housing complexes across the local neighbourhood. This creates new living capacity.
