New South Wales Blues unveiled a new lineup for State of Origin Game 3 on Sunday with the series hanging in the balance.
Coach Nigel Daley dropped centre Cam To'o and brought in wing Brenden Bostock.
The changes raise the count to six cuts after the side lost its previous two matches.
Daley said the revisions were essential to refocus the squad.
Bostock will make his debut in the decider.
The squad also includes seasoned veterans and new blood as the Blues aim to turn the series around.
