Macklin Celebrini joined back the squad and scored a goal in a close loss to the Edmonton Oilers. The rookie forward, after being out of action, appeared in the game with another youngster Will Smith, who played in the big league. Despite the loss, the Sharks found a positive moment as Ivar Stenberg scored his first-ever professional goal during a different match against the Boston Bruins.
